Reset Password / Passcode

The app has sign-in password (for server sync and other features inside the app) and passcode lock (for preventing access to the app)

Resetting sign-in password

If you forgot your sign-in password, you can reset it by trying to sign in and using the forgot password link. If you don't see this link, you can try typing in an incorrect password and there should be a link for reset / forgot password on the next screen.

Resetting passcode lock

There is no way to reset the passcode for security reasons. If you forgot your passcode, then you can either keep guessing or re-install the app.
