Transferring premium subscription to new email
Google Play and Apple App Store don't provide a way to transfer a subscription to a new account. Their suggested solution is to cancel the subscription on your old account and re-subscribe on your new account. We cannot move the subscription on your behalf (only Apple/Google can do this since they are the payment processor).
If you'd like to keep the subscription renewed using your old account while having access to it on your new account, a workaround is that we can associate your subscription to a new email inside the app while Google Play / Apple App Store still uses your old account for billing. If you'd like to do this, you may follow the steps below.
Note: These steps only work if the account you are signed in with in Google Play / Apple App Store originally made the purchase. If this isn't true, please contact support and we can see if there are other possible workarounds.
Open the app, settings, premium
On the premium screen:
Sign-in with your old account
Click restore purchases - this will sync your subscription to our servers
Verify that the screen says you are subscribed
Click the sign out button
Click the sign in button and sign-in to your new account
Click restore purchases again - this should sync your subscription from our servers to your new account
Verify that the screen says you are subscribed. If so, the transfer is complete.
If this doesn't work, you may contact support and we can see if there are other possible workarounds
