# Annualized / Unannualized XIRR

Annualized XIRR - annualized extended internal rate of return

Unannualized - calculated using the formula (1 + XIRR)^(Years) - 1

For example: If Annualized XIRR is 20%, then Unannualized 5Y would be (1 + 0.2)^5 - 1 = 2.48832 - 1 = 1.48832, or about 148.8%
