Use Last / Bid / Ext / etc price for holdings

In the app Settings, Calculations, you can change 'Holdings daily change uses...' option to be calculated using the following prices:

1. Last Open Market Price

2. Bid Price

3. Ask Price

4. (Bid + Ask) / 2

5. Extended Hours, if available
