I paid to remove ads but they are still showing up

Please follow the below instructions to restore your purchase on iOS or Android

iOS

1. Open the App Store app on your phone and sign in with the same Apple account used to make the original purchase

2. In the app, open settings, Premium

3. Click the Restore purchases button

Android

1. Open the Google Play app on your phone and sign in with the same Google account used to make the original purchase

2. In the app, open settings, Premium

3. Click the Restore purchases button
