Crypto coins have the format BTC-USD where BTC is the symbol and USD is the currency.

Sometimes cryptocurrencies or currencies share the same symbol such as PALM (PaLM AI, PalmPay, Palmswap) and it is needed to disambiguate which one you are looking for. In these cases you can append the CoinMarketCap ID to the symbol to query the correct one, for example PALM28567-USD.

We can register crypto coins or currency pairs that you cannot find in the app but is listed on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap. Please reach out via support. Currently we only automatically fetch the top ranked coins. If you are a premium subscriber, we can try to manually register lower volume coins for you.
