# Not receiving notifications

**Android**

Some phone manufacturers disable app notifications to save battery. Please visit the following link, click on your manufacturer, and follow the steps to whitelist the app: <https://dontkillmyapp.com/>

You may also want to check in your phone settings, under apps, and verify that notifications are enabled for the app. If you are still having issues, try rebooting your phone, and reach out to support if notifications still do not work.
